1. Acceptance

By adding Lucille to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server.

2. Usage Policy

You agree not to use the bot for:

• Illegal activities or promoting illegal content.
• Spamming or abusing the bot's infrastructure.
• Exploiting bugs (please report them instead).
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

3. Premium Features

Certain features may require a premium subscription or whitelist key. These keys are non-refundable and subject to revocation if the Terms are violated.

4. Availability

We strive for 100% uptime but cannot guarantee it. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
